Notes on prices
The property prices stated are per week in UK pounds. The minimum rental period is 4 days, except for July & August as stated and half-term/school holidays, where 7 nights is preferred. Prices include the apartment rental, all utility charges, daily maid service, free Spa & Gym membership for a maximum of 4 people & full tourist rental licence which complies with Portuguese law.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. The official arrival and departure times are 4.00pm & 10am. However these are flexible in the event that the apartment is not booked on the same day

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Late bookings require payment in full on confirmation.
Full booking conditions will be forwarded for acceptance prior to confirming your booking.
