The luxury first floor apartment has a Full Tourist Licence which complies with Portuguese Law. The property is child friendly with high chairs and cots available from Careways at no extra cost however a small charge, for the cot bedding, will be made by Careways. Other facilities include air-con & heating along with electrically operated roller shutters to all windows, which assist in keeping the apartment cool and in turn enhance security. There is also a safe for the use of all guests. The apartment is non-smoking only and this must be strictly adhered to. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment has two well equipped balconies including tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols and BBQ. The shared swimming pool area is accessed via a swipe card system and is secure but unsupervised. The main pool is approximately 28m x 13m x 1.5m deep and heated from April to October. There is also a separate children's pool. Sun beds and shades are provided. There are excellent changing facilities including showers and lockers in the pool area, if required. Parking is directly outside the apartments.

Kitchen: Fully fitted, all electric, with oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, waste disposal unit, iron & ironing board.
Living Rooms: Spacious, square, lounge/dining room with two double patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the 17th. One 3-seater & one 2-seater sofas & 6-seater dining table.
LCD satellite (Sky) TV, DVD & IPod Docking Station/MP3/CD players. Air conditioning/heating.
Other: Spacious entrance hall and storage room off the kitchen. There is also a lockable storage room, that serves the four apartments in the block, located in the downstairs entrance hall. This is ideal for golf equipment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:		 Bed linen and towels are included & changed weekly in the full apartment clean. Towels are also changed mid-week. In addition daily attendance is provided to tidy the bedrooms and bathrooms, taking care the beds are made. Pool towels are not provided.
